I offer the same services for the heirs of the persons persecuted by the regimes established in Romania from September 6, 1940 to March 6, 1945 for ethnic reasons, according to Law 154/2021 in order to obtain the pension/allowance.
The person who suffered persecution for ethnic reasons benefits from the provisions of this law, as follows: she was deported to ghettos and concentration camps abroad; he/she was deprived of liberty in places of detention or in concentration camps; was displaced to another locality than the one of domicile; was part of the forced labor detachments; she was a death train survivor; is the husband or wife of the person murdered or executed for ethnic reasons if he or she did not remarry; he/she was evicted from her home. The person benefits from a monthly indemnity depending on the type of persecution suffered.
